Mr. Vinay Kalbhor, Director, is a Mechanical Engineer who graduated from the Manipal Institute of Technology. This disciplined and spirited professional soon dreamt creating something larger than life. Although he started his career in the business of manufacturing, the passion for building dreams lured him to the real estate sector and the immense potential to be explored inspired the inception of Rachana Lifestyle. Vinay’s progressive vision is responsible for the marketing, designing and administration at Rachana Lifestyle. He personally overlooks the quality of construction activity, choice of location; materials, aesthetics to ensure value for money to the customers.

Mr. Nitin Bhanagay, Director, has completed his Mechanical Engineer from the Manipal Institute of Technology. He stepped into the industry with an ambition to transform Pune’s skyline. Nitin is the driving force for the Business Development and Finance teams. He successfully liaisons between prospective clients and makes sure that every home Rachana Lifestyle builds, caters to the real needs of the customers. He manages all the legal procedures and policies to makes sure that the company complies with every rule and regulation related to construction and building activities, locally.
